Attention all fantastic hygienists! This practice is building a powerful niche in biologic/holistic dentistry in the heart of beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin. If you enjoy helping patients find the root cause of dental health challenges, and if you value continuous learning, teamwork, and a family-like environment - this practice is for you!  We are currently seeking a full-time relationship-focused hygienist who is eager to grow with our practice. 

Requirements

  • WI State Dental Hygiene Licensure (Required)
  • Ability to commute/relocate (Required)
  • Active CPR Certification
  • Local Anesthesia

Compensation and Benefits

  • $45-55/Hr (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurate charting
  • Skilled patient education
  • Diagnostic radiology and intraoral photography
  • Active collaboration with the doctor in pursuit of optimal oral health for our patients 
  • Pursuit of education in the holistic approach to dentistry (No background in holistic dentistry? No problem!  All we ask is for an open mind and an interest in the impact of oral health on the whole body health of our patients.) 
  • Build quality relationships with our patients and team 

Schedule

  • Monday-Wednesday (8am-4pm), Thursday- Friday (8am-1pm)  
  • No nights
  • No weekends

As the proud new owner of her beautiful private practice, she is excited to journey with her team toward a shared vision for dental care that embraces the oral-systemic connection. She is a proud wife and a delighted mother of two young children. When she’s not gloved-up and caring for patients, she enjoys cooking wholesome meals for her family, exploring with her kids, and squeezing in a workout. At the end of the day, there is no place she’d rather be than with her family in beautiful Lake Country, serving her patients and growing the practice one relationship at a time.
