About the Practice
Dr. Buzza's thriving general dentistry practice has served Northern California since 1986. Known for his commitment to high-quality care and a warm, welcoming environment, the practice has grown steadily, primarily through its well-established IV sedation offerings. The practice generates daily production of $20,000 to $25,000, supported by an excellent team of 13, including three hygienists, four dental assistants, and five experienced administrative team members. This is a high-performing, upbeat office where patients feel at home— the team is dedicated to creating a positive, friendly atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door.

Dr. Buzza has built his practice on compassion, diagnostics, and delivering transformative care, which has led to him developing a reputation for handling complex cases for patients who are highly anxious or simply want their cases to be completed all at once. This position has the option for the associate to transition to ownership within two years, allowing Dr. Buzza to step back gradually while continuing his passion for mentorship.
