Why You’ll Love Working Here

If you’re looking for a practice where you can grow, feel supported, and actually enjoy coming to work every day—this is it. Lowry Dental is a thriving, family-owned private practice that’s built its reputation on genuine care, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing dentistry the right way. You’ll join a team rooted in integrity, mutual respect, and genuine patient care.

Lowry Dental has been a trusted name in Boise for over 50 years, and that legacy continues with Drs. Eric and Ben Lowry—two brothers leading a practice that values people over production. They’ve built something rare: a high-volume private practice that still feels personal, where relationships last decades and patients often span generations.

You’ll step into a schedule that’s already full, supported by a loyal patient base and a skilled team that runs like clockwork. The practice is equipped with the latest technology—3D printers, digital scanners, cone beam imaging, and implant planning software—giving you everything you need to practice modern, efficient dentistry without corporate constraints. You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: the autonomy of private practice and the mentorship of seasoned clinicians who love to teach.

Drs. Lowry don’t just talk about mentorship—they live it. Whether it’s reviewing a case, jumping chairside to help with a complex procedure, or simply trading tips over lunch, they meet you where you are and help you grow from there. On top of bread and butter dentistry, you’ll have the freedom to explore new skills in areas like endo, grafting, or implants, all at your own pace. Their approach is calm, practical, and supportive—no micromanaging, no ego.

This is an excellent fit if you’re humble, dependable, and driven to improve. It’s not the right place for someone who prefers to work alone or struggles with collaboration. But if you value teamwork, mentorship, and doing right by your patients every time, you’ll find a long-term home at Lowry Dental—a place where you can grow your skills, your confidence, and your career in a thriving, well-respected practice. And with Boise’s mix of outdoor adventure, family-friendly living, and a vibrant downtown scene, you’ll love where you live just as much as where you work.
